In this article, we’d like to take you through the steps you’ll need to take in order to properly forward your business line(s) with LOGIX. So, without further ado, let’s move FORWARD with Phone.com, together.
Note: To forward with LOGIX, you’ll need your unique forwarding number. If unsure of your forwarding number, look for your Trial Activation Email or contact your Abby Connect CSM.
LOGIX Call Forwarding: Let’s Get Started!
Call Forwarding Variable:
- Dial *72 followed by your forwarding number.
- To deactivate the feature dial *73.
Remote Access Call Forwarding:
This feature requires a PIN.
To get a PIN:
- Dial *74#, ( this is the code for changing PINs)
- When prompted for the feature access code, dial *54#. (This is the feature code for Code Forward Remote Access)
- When prompted for your PIN, enter 00#.
- Enter the four-digit number you want to use for your PIN, followed by the # sign (_ _ _ _#).
- Re-enter your designated PIN/
- Your PIN has been set up.
To Turn on Call Forwarding from Anywhere:
- Dial your Call Forwarding access number as shown above.
- Enter your forwarding number.
- Enter your PIN followed by #.
- The system will read back the number that you entered and ask you to confirm by pressing “1.”
- You will hear a confirmation tone.
To Cancel Call Forwarding from Your Personal Line:
- Dial *73.
To Cancel Call Forwarding from Anywhere Except Your Personal Line:
- Dial your Call Forwarding access number as shown above.
- Enter your forwarding phone number, followed by your PIN and #.
- Enter *73#, (This is feature access code to deactivate Call Forwarding)
- You will hear a confirmation tone.
