Zapier Integration (Beta)
Our Zapier integration gives businesses the ability to integrate their Abby Connect account with thousands of online platforms, all through one tool. With Zapier you can automate workflows, without the need for a developer! That’s right – NO CODING NECESSARY!
You can choose to create leads, send emails, generate tasks, and so much more by using Zapier and Abby Connect with common CRMs (like Hubspot or Salesforce), Google Docs, email marketing programs, Slack, Teams, and many more!
Our Zapier integration is currently in Beta and is for current clients only. In order to access our App in Zapier, please contact your Abby Connect CSM.
Call Blocking
You asked – we listened! To help you conserve minutes and stop unwanted or persistent/aggressive callers, we’ve added the ability for you (or your Customer Success Manager) to block certain phone numbers from calling your Abby Connect assigned phone number. You can update your block list directly through your online portal!

Pricing Update
Abby Connect takes pride in being a leader in the customer service industry and we sincerely appreciate all the loyalty and support you’ve given us. Like you, we are always looking to grow our business and in doing that, we are able to increase what we can offer to yours.
In the last year, we improved our servers and backup systems, launched updates to our mobile app, and changed our office to accommodate COVID safety measures so our receptionists didn’t have to work from home, and we could continue offering you high-quality, consistent service during the height of the pandemic. Despite all the challenges over the last 20 months, we continue to successfully invest in the elite training and the genuine employee happiness that you hear delivered on each and every call.
To continue to evolve and grow these services while increasing the value we bring your company, we must take meaningful steps to expand our investments by raising prices occasionally.
Going into effect on October 22, 2021, our new live receptionist pricing will be:
- 100-minute package at $329 ($3.29/min overage)
- 200-minute package at $579 ($3.29/min overage)
- 500-minute package at $1,380 ($2.76/min overage)
