When you partner with Abby Connect, you receive access to a client caller portal and AbbyGO mobile app where you can manage your calls. You will be able to quickly and efficiently access your calls, track minutes usage, listen in on conversations, read caller transcripts, check sentiments scores, change your call status, update your business information and receptionist caller instructions, and more.

  • 0:00 Hello, thank you for choosing Abby Connect for your virtual receptionist and live web chat needs. When you partner with Abby, you gain access to a carefully designed and curated client caller portal.
  • 0:12 This is where you can access all the tools you need to manage and track your customer phone calls and live web chats.
  • 0:20 To log into your client caller portal, go to myabby.com. This caller portal was meticulously developed to be easy for our clients to use.
  • 0:30 We’ve made it simple for you to quickly and efficiently access your calls, track minutes usage, listen in on conversations, read caller transcripts, check sentiment scores, change your call status, update your business information and receptionist caller instructions, and more.
  • 0:50 The portal opens in a dashboard view where you can see your calls and web chat usage at a glance. This makes it easy for you to ensure you aren’t going over on your minutes.
  • 1:02 You can also use this information to decide to upgrade your account if you determine that your call volume is near or above the minutes limit on your account each month.
  • 1:11 The activity graph here shows the number of callers and chats coming in each month. When you scroll down, you’ll notice that we have recent activity you can access quickly and easily, as well as our refer a friend program, right through the portal.
  • 1:33 On the right sidebar in the dashboard view, you’ll notice your client success manager’s contact information. Should you ever have any questions about your services with Abby, you can contact them at any time.
  • 1:48 At the top of the dashboard are several important features. The settings icon here allows you to edit your call status quickly and easily.
  • 1:57 You can choose available, unavailable, or even set a call status template that you have previously set up, such as an out of office for lunch template.
  • 2:08 Right here you’ll see a notification bell. This is where Abby sends you important updates and notifications. The left sidebar provides additional tools for our clients.
  • 2:21 The activities section allows you to drill down into your phone calls, chats, messages, and more. There is also a search feature that makes it easy to look up a specific caller. When you click on a call, you can view a call summary, a call transcript, you can listen on a call. You can also check a sentiment score to see how your customers are feeling. You’re also able to block unwanted callers.
  • 2:56 The Abby Intelligence section allows you to view your call summaries. It also provides a place for our human receptionist to provide feedback based on their interactions with your customers.
  • 3:12 Your account section is an important place for you. This is where you can update your business information, including your hours of operation. You can also provide call handling instructions for the receptionists. In addition, you can provide answers to frequently asked questions the receptionists may receive from your customers. That way, you can be sure that they’re answering those questions appropriately.
  • 3:45 The subscription section allows you to upgrade your subscription, if needed. You can also make changes to your payment method, view your invoices, and check your usage statistics.
  • 3:57 Finally, the settings section allows you access to additional important resources. You can change your notification preferences. Take a look at the integrations that Abby offers our clients. View changes on your account. You can change your voicemail box. You can view and edit status templates that you have already created.
