Forwarding Your Calls to Abby Connect

Your team of Abby Connect receptionists is excited to begin answering your calls!

Forwarding is a required step to begin using our service so that we can receive your calls when you want us to.

Forwarding is something you must do through your business phone carrier and sometimes if you’re not familiar with how to do it, it can take a second to figure out. Don’t worry — your Customer Success Manager is here to assist and we also provide Forwarding Instructions for the most popular carriers.  Also, the clock doesn’t begin on your 14-day trial until we take your first live call to make sure you get a full trial period.

There are many different forwarding methods and options depending on whether you have a phone tree, the hours you want to forward, in addition to more complex forwarding rules. Some examples include Google voice call forwarding, T-Mobile call forwarding, Verizon call forwarding, and Spectrum call forwarding.
