Support by Email: How We Can Help

Your virtual receptionist can do just about anything a hired receptionist can do. Answering your emails is no different. If you are completely bogged down with emails, task your virtual receptionist with screening emails, answering emails, and forwarding emails according to your instruction.

Answering emails is just as time consuming and critically important as answering your phone. A virtual receptionist can be dedicated to ensuring all of your emails are handled in a timely fashion while freeing up your time to concentrate on growing your business.

There are many ways your Abby Connect can access your emails. You may use a hosted email company that has a web interface where your virtual receptionist can log in and view, forward and reply to emails. You may have the option of blind copying all incoming email to an email address that forwards to the receptionists. We could then answer your emails from the copy we receive. We can set our responses to either come from your email address, or better yet an email address that has the name “receptionist” or “help” and is on your domain name. For instance, [email protected] (replace yourcompany.com with your actual domain name).

Our technicians have worked with virtually every email provider out there. Let us help you decide the most advantageous way for us to provide email support on your behalf.
