Frontier Call Forwarding Instructions

Frontier’s business phone systems deliver affordable, cloud-based voice, video, messaging, and contact center solutions. And, your team at Abby Connect has worked with Frontier for over fifteen years. We know that Frontier phone systems work well with our call handling options and we can easily assist your call forwarding instructions if needed.

In this article, we’d like to take you through the steps you’ll need to take in order to properly forward your business line(s) with Frontier. So, without further ado, let’s move FORWARD with Frontier, together.

Note: To forward with Frontier, you’ll need your unique forwarding number. If unsure of your forwarding number, look for your Trial Activation Email or contact your Abby Connect CSM.

Frontier Call Forwarding: Let’s Get Started!

Forward Your Calls:

  • From your landline, dial *72 followed by your forwarding number.
  • You will then begin hearing a dial tone. Allow one of your Abby Connect receptionists to answer the call in order to successfully forward your calls.

To Turn Off Call Forwarding:

  • Listen for a dial tone and dial *73.

Custom Call Forwarding:

If you would like to set up custom call forwarding, Frontier recommends calling their forwarding experts by dialing 1-800-921-8102. We recommend you contact your Customer Success Manager before giving them a call, so that all parties involved are part of the call, and can properly set the intended call forwarding.
