Note: To forward with Ooma, you’ll need your unique forwarding number. If unsure of your forwarding number, look for your Trial Activation Email or contact your Abby Connect CSM.
Ooma Call Forwarding: Let’s Get Started!
Forwarding Instructions:
You can enable Call Forwarding by logging into your My Ooma account and navigating to the Call Forwarding option under the preferences tab.
- Once you have signed in to your account, check the box “Ring Add Number”.
- Select the Settings icon to set up the Forwarding Number. Here, you may also specify the circumstances under which calls will be forwarded to Abby Connect.
- Once prompted, input your forwarding number.
