Optimum Call Forwarding Instructions

In this article, we’d like to take you through the steps you’ll need to take in order to properly forward your business line(s) with Optimum. So, without further ado, let’s move FORWARD with Optimum, together.

Note: To forward with Optimum, you’ll need your unique forwarding number. If unsure of your forwarding number, look for your Trial Activation Email or contact your Abby Connect CSM.

Optimum Call Forwarding: Let’s Get Started!

How to Activate:

  • Dial *72.
  • Listen for the stutter dial tone.
  • Dial your forwarding number.
  • If your phone is answered, your calls are now being forwarded.

How to Deactivate:

  • Dial *73.
  • If you hear three beeps followed by a dial tone, deactivation was successful.
